Une petite excursion au nord de Phoenix, prendre la I17 vers le nord, sortie 225, prendre a gauche et on tombe vraiment dessus.
Que dire, les maisons reconstituees, la plupart authentiques, sont encore pour une bonne partie dans un tres bon etat, datant de 1880 a 1920, avec tous les objets d'epoque. Dommage pour le fort, il n'y a rien a voir!!
On donne un plan du site a l'entree, faut suivre les sentiers. La forge est encore en fonction. Le marechal ferrant etait present.
Interessant, mais aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage, le prix d'entree est par contre plus qu'abordable.
Let's bring a little visit to the Pioneer Village Museum, just north of Phoenix on the I17, exit 225, turn left and there you are.
What to say about this, houses are in pretty good shape, they date from years 1880 thru 1920, and with a lot of stuff, to bad for the Fort, ther is nothing to see!!! At the entrance, you receive a map, follow the tracks.
Was interesting, need a lot of work, cleaning here and there, but the price is really affordable,
